Our story
Rooted in the region since 2012.
Horn Afric Development (HAD) Consultants Ltd is a policy research, advisory, and management consultancy operating across Somalia, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Uganda.
HAD was established by development-oriented professionals with experience across government institutions, private-sector development, legal services, nonprofit organizations, the United Nations, and international development.
For more than 13 years, we have cultivated trusted relationships with the Federal Government of Somalia, federal member states, humanitarian and development organizations, United Nations partners, and the World Bank.
